Laser engraving
Laser engraving
Laser engraving replaces hand engraving with conventional tools and eroding.
What is the difference between classical engraving and laser engraving?
Laser engraving is characterised above all by its perfect precision and unprecedented speed. These characteristics of the laser allow us to create a flawless product in a fraction of the time.
Laser engraving finds significant application in copper and graphite electrodes, and is also very suitable for ejectors, punches and moulds for injection moulding of plastic materials.
Our technology
We use two high-quality fibre lasers to create both the description and the laser engraving of the specified pattern and motif. Both 2D and 3D motifs can be engraved with our lasers. One of our laser machines is mobile, so we can engrave even hard to reach places and large forms, directly at the customer's site. We engrave fields up to 250 x 400 mm. In conjunction with laser engraving, we also offer repair of existing lettering.
