Šlechta Ltd. is primarily engaged in tool engineering, mirror polishing and mobile laser surfacing shaped mold parts.
- Mirror polishing of shaped cavity die casting molds. Handling up to 5 tons in the company, the more severe molds we polish at the customer
- Technical polishing
- Right at the customer’s place we provide fine welding by a pulse micro-welder
- Mobile laser welding regardless of the size and weight - 24-hour service
- Laser surfacing and manual finishing to its original shape
- Very precise moulds are continuously checked using a 3D measuring device, surface roughness and section meter
- We also provide inspection report
- Parts of smaller dimensions are transported by our vehicles, large moulds are polished at the customer’s premises
